Refund Policy

1. All Sales Are Final

All purchases of digital products are final and non-refundable once the order is completed. As digital files cannot be "returned" after being delivered, we generally do not offer refunds for:

• Change of mind
• The product not meeting personal expectations
• Accidental purchase of the wrong item
• Failure to use or implement the product

2. Delivery Failure (Exceptions)

We will issue a refund only if:

• The product was not delivered
• You contacted us within a reasonable time, and We are unable to provide the download / access link after troubleshooting

If the delivery email has not arrived within 2 hours, please contact us.

If we cannot provide access to your purchased digital files after support attempts, a full refund will be issued.

3. Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchased the same item more than once, contact us with your order details. Verified duplicate orders are eligible for a full refund.

4. Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention

Initiating a chargeback without contacting our support first may result in:

• Suspension of access to our products
• Blocking future purchases
• Submission of evidence to payment processors

We strongly encourage customers to reach out to us first to resolve any issues promptly.
