3. Products, Delivery & License
3.1 Nature of Products
All products sold on the Site are digital products (n8n automation templates, documentation, example flows, etc.). No physical goods will be shipped.
3.2 Delivery
Digital products are delivered electronically after purchase (for example, by immediate download link, emailed download link, or access to a customer dashboard). Delivery methods and instructions will be provided at checkout or in order confirmation emails.
3.3 License Grant
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, upon full payment you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to use the purchased Digital Product for your personal or internal business purposes only.
3.4 Restrictions
Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, you may NOT:
- Resell, sublicense, distribute, share, or make available the Digital Product to third parties for commercial resale;
- Repackage or incorporate the Digital Product into a product offered for resale;
- Remove or modify any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices;
- Claim intellectual ownership over the Digital Product;
- Use the Digital Product for any unlawful purpose.
Breach of these restrictions may result in termination of your license without refund and may subject you to legal liability.
4. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the Site or Services to:
- Violate applicable laws or regulations;
- Infringe others' intellectual property or privacy rights;
- Upload, transmit, or distribute malicious code or content that harms the Site or other users;
- Share account credentials or allow unauthorized access to purchased products;
- Circumvent technical protections, attempt to reverse-engineer, or scrape the Site.
- Involve in adult content, gambling, political activities, fraud, hacking tools, AI deepfake creation, advertising proxy services, darknet tools, or account sales;
We reserve the right to investigate suspected violations and suspend or terminate accounts and access where we believe in good faith that a user has violated these Terms.
5. Refund Policy
We are committed to customer satisfaction and believe you will love our products. Our refund policy is as follows:
- Digital products: Since all our products are digital information products, we do not offer "unconditional" refunds to prevent abuse (for example, downloading a database and immediately requesting a refund).
- Custom services: Full refunds may be requested before the project begins. After the project starts, refunds will be calculated proportionally based on work completed.

6. No Guarantees / Use at Your Own Risk
Digital products and any guidance, documentation, or examples provided are offered "as is" and for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee any specific outcomes, performance improvements, revenue, or business results from using our templates. Your results depend on your environment, implementation, and other factors outside our control. You are responsible for testing and validating templates in your environment before use.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, product files, downloads, and code — is owned or licensed by getn8ntemplates.com and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Except for the limited license granted above, no rights or ownership are transferred to you.
8. Payments
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. By making a purchase you authorize the applicable payment processor to charge the payment method you provide. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete billing information. We are not responsible for any actions or omissions of third-party payment processors.
9. Account Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access, remove content, and/or refuse service at any time, with or without notice, if you materially breach these Terms or engage in conduct that we reasonably believe may cause harm to the Site, other users, or third parties. Termination will not relieve you of obligations arising prior to termination.
10. Dispute Resolution; Arbitration; Class Action Waiver

10.2 Arbitration & Waiver of Class Actions
If informal resolution fails, you and getn8ntemplates.com agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be finally resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. Judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.
You and we agree to waive any right to a jury trial and further waive the right to participate in a class action or representative action.
11. Modifications to the Terms
We may revise or update these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated Terms on the Site and update the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
12. Governing Law
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or relating to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
